Shipping Policy
We ship from Melbourne, Victoria. Below are our current shipping rates, delivery times and policies.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is temporarily unavailable.
Shipping rates (within Australia)
- Standard: AU$9.95, free on orders AU$80 and over
- Express: AU$15.00
Processing time
We process and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the following Monday.
Delivery time (after dispatch)
- Standard: 3 to 7 business days within metro areas; 5 to 10 business days for regional areas
- Express: 1 to 3 business days within Australia Post Express Post network
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please email wcandy@candyandfrank.com with your order number. We will lodge an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated.
Incorrect address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re shipment fees may apply.

All prices on this site include GST. Shipping is also inclusive of GST.
