An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to upload harmful code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, or to interfere with its operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candy & Frank Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any non excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
